This come as a difficult taste to many candidates of new green cards, it seems no one to rely in the future in immigration for a common agreement to fix the problems. This came as a respond from the State Department in June announcing that many of these future green cards will be in hold, leaving hundreds and thousand without solutions to fill on time the new paper work.
