What This Privacy Policy Covers

Information Collection and Use

General

IDEAS4SOLUTIONS collects personal information when a User registers an account with IDEAS4SOLUTIONS, when a User utilizes IDEAS4SOLUTIONS services, when a User visits IDEAS4SOLUTIONS web pages or the pages of certain IDEAS4SOLUTIONS partners.

When a User registers an account, IDEAS4SOLUTIONS asks for information such as your name, email address, zip code, occupation, industry. Unless the user registered his information and managed by a third party service provider, like Facebook, Twitter, Instragram, SnapChat, any social media where IDEAS4SOLUTION is active, the user accept the Privacy Policy of each platform.

IDEAS4SOLUTIONS automatically receives and records information on our server logs from each User’s browser, including your IP address, and IDEAS’ cookie information.

IDEAS4SOLUTIONS utilizes this information for the following general purposes: to inform the users of new articles or changes in programs and services, to improve our services and inform you of products and services that may better meet your needs, to market new services to you that we think will be of interest to you, to contact Users, conduct research, to anticipate and resolve problems with your service, and provide anonymous reporting for internal and external clients.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. IDEAS4SOLUITONS may set and access IDEAS4SOLUITONS cookies on your computer. Each registered User can access and edit their account information at any time.

New categories of marketing communications may be added to the Marketing Preferences page from time to time. Users who visit this page can opt-out of receiving future marketing communications from these new categories or they can unsubscribe by following instructions contained in the messages they receive.

Changes to this Privacy Policy 2017 – IDEAS4SOLUTIONS have updated their 2010 Privacy Policy. We will notify Users about significant changes in the way we treat personal information by sending a notice to the primary email address specified in the IDEAS‘ mailing list or by placing a prominent notice on our Web Site. You will be deemed to have been made aware of, and will be subject to, the changes to the Privacy Policy by your continued use of the Web Site after such notice has been posted or email sent to the primary email address.

PRIVACY PROTECTION FOR CHILDREN.

In compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), we will not knowingly provide access to IDEAS4SOLUTIONS Web Site to persons under the age of thirteen (13). If IDEAS4SOLUTIONS later learns that any registered user is under the age of thirteen (13), we will take appropriate steps to remove the member’s information from the database and we will restrict this individual from future access to the IDEAS’s Web Site.
